Privacy Policy

- Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", Gordziej Design Monika Gordziej, ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 73, 83-330 Pępowo, REGON 220287706, NIP 8421683644, informs that:


-The administrator of personal data is Gordziej Design Monika Gordziej, ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 73, 83-330 Pępowo, entered into CEIDG, REGON 220287706, NIP 8421683644, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".


-Providing personal data is voluntary, but taking action before entering into a contract, entering into a contract and its performance is dependent on providing this data. -Providing personal data is mandatory if the premise for processing this data results from a legal provision.


-Personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- performance of the contract - in the event of its conclusion or in order to take action at the request of the Client before concluding the contract, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR or
- in the scope of fulfilling the obligations and rights related to the concluded contract but not directly constituting a manifestation of its performance, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR or
- in order to fulfil legal obligations in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR or
- in other cases, on the basis of previously granted consent to the extent and for the purpose specified in the relevant declaration.


-Personal data may be transferred:
-entities authorized by law,
- IT system suppliers with whom the Administrator cooperates in order to maintain the continuity and correct operation of the systems,
entities conducting postal or courier activities in order to deliver correspondence,
- entities with which the Administrator cooperates in the scope of ongoing business management.


-The personal data provided is not made available to other recipients, unless it is a requirement resulting from the provisions of applicable law. The personal data provided is not transferred to a third country.


-Personal data are stored for the period necessary to fulfil the obligations referred to in points 4 and 5, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law; in particular, the data provided will be stored for the purpose of taking action before concluding the contract, as well as for the implementation of the concluded contract and the pursuit of possible claims; data contained in the issued accounting documents will be stored by the Administrator for the period of storing the relevant accounting documentation for tax purposes.


-The customer has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to object, as well as the right to transfer data.


-If the processing of personal data is based on consent, the entity to which the consent applies has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, and the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before the withdrawal of consent.


-The recipient has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he or she considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.


-The data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
