Website for Best-Med
A website for a physiotherapist, designed to clearly present services and the office and encourage booking appointments. In the project, I was responsible for UX design (including developing information architecture, site structure and accessible content), UI concept and implementation on the WIX platform.

Challenges

Designing a website that, through a well-thought-out layout, tailored content and aesthetic design, enhances the positive image of the practice.

Creating an intuitive site structure and optimizing the user journey: Focus on smooth navigation and simplifying the process of booking phone visits.

Adapting content to the target group: Writing clear, accessible and engaging descriptions that take into account the needs of patients and their most common health problems.

Combining aesthetics with functionality and fit for the medical industry

Testing the prototype of the site in Figma showed that users understood the main purpose of the site, the content, and the offer. They positively rated the value proposition, the certificates section, and the navigation.

Presentation of the offer and increase of the reach by connecting the website with Google, which enables visibility in search results

Tests have shown that users can easily familiarize themselves with the offer, find contact details and book a visit by phone.

Increase the number of page visits thanks to the content on the page
